We hope to build trust with our customers and create a relationship with you for the long term. Standing behind what we sell is a big part of that. We think many customers choose to shop with us because they know if their purchase is not right, we’ll work to fix it.

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our  customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well 

We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.  Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after order date. 

Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

CLEARANCE
All clearance items are FINAL SALE.  Items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Re:do Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchanges is not applicable to clearance and sale items even if purchased with your items.   Once you have checked out with re:do please note that it is NOT refundable!

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact customer service by email  (support@halftee.com) to receive this form. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer free returns or free shipping on merchandise exchanges shipped internationally. 

RETURNING an online order IN STORE

Just bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to our boutique located at 94 South State Street Lindon, Utah. For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment. 

REFUNDS

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange,the new items will be shipped to you and any differences credited or charged. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards cannot be returned.
