Return Policy

Here at Halftee, many customers choose to shop with us because of the trust and relationships we have built with them. We stand behind our goods and services and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Doing our best to take care of you, our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well. 

We handle returns personally and on a case by case basis. Because of this, please allow us 1-2 business days for an email response! As for calling in (801-900-7440), please call in during our business hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm (MT). Thank you! 

Returning or Exchanging an Item: 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued. Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after your order date. 

Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed, or tags have been removed. Gift Cards cannot be returned. 

Online Returns and Exchanges: 

We now offer returns and exchanges through Re:do! It is a quicker, easier, and more efficient process! During checkout, if you paid for the small fee ($1.98), they cover the costs of your return label and get your refund or exchange out to you quicker. If you did not purchase this during checkout, you can still use this portal however the fee will be a little bit more! If you are interested, please go to this link:

We still offer free exchanges. So, if you would like to proceed with a manual, free exchange, please let us know via email (support@halftee.com) or phone call (801-900-7440)! We are more than happy to get that set up for you. In your email, please include your order number (beginning with HT), which tees you want to exchange, and what you would like to receive in return!

However, if you would like to manually proceed with a return, please return the unwanted Halftee to:

with a note in your package requesting a refund upon receipt, including your name and order number. We will issue the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. 

International Returns and Exchanges: 

International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact customer service by email (support@halftee.com) to receive this form. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, and tariffs. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer free returns or free shipping on merchandise exchanges shipped internationally. 

In-Store Returns and Exchanges: 

Please bring the packing slip from your package (if your order was placed online), the credit card used when you placed the order, and the items you are wanting to return or exchange to our boutique (located at 94 South State Street Lindon, Utah)! We will happily help you to either return or exchange the item! For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment. 

Additional Information: 

Refunds: 

We will credit your account within 14 business days of receiving your return package. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days to see the amount in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. 

Defective Items:

If you believe you have received a defective item, please email our support team at support@halftee.com to assist you. 

Clearance Items: 

All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

Returns and exchanges through Re:do are not applicable to clearance items even if the $1.98 fee was purchased with your items. Once you have checked out with Re:do please note that it is NOT refundable!
