I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU! A Message from Amanda

I just wanted to write a little note to let all of you know that I am grateful for each one of you. This year we are celebrating 14 years in business. Did you know that less than 1% of women- owned businesses actually make it past the first 5 years? That statistic takes my breath away every time I see it! It makes me realize how blessed I am to still be in business. I owe a large part of that to our wonderful customers, who have stayed by our side! Halftee has made it and is still thriving in large part because we have the BEST customers on the planet!!!

I have worked with many marketing agencies and ALL of them, at some point, have said, “Amanda, the Halftee customers are kind of like a cult, we have never seen customers who are so loyal.” I chuckle and say “I know. They are extraordinary!! Like anyone, we have our fair share of social media “haters”, but rarely do we have to go into “battle” for ourselves. Our loyal customers are on the front lines with rebuttals to rude comments and always defend us with power and strength! It is so rewarding to see amazing friends protect Halftee—and really me, because after all  I am the “Halftee lady” ;)

Another group of people I am so grateful for is my incredible Halftee team. Throughout the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of working with incredible people who have worked so hard alongside me to help Halftee be what it is today. I always remind myself, “Amanda, greatness is achieved by many great hands, look for great hands to help you do what you want to get done.” The Lord has always blessed me with incredible women and men, to help me achieve my business goals and help Halftee grow across the world. Did you know that Halftee is an international company, helping women in many different countries all around the world? Thank you to those throughout the years, and thank you to my current team, who work each day to help Halftee grow. Shout out to my two longest standing sidekicks ….Did you know that Tami, Head of business operations, has been with me for 12 of the 14 years and Malia, head of accounting and shipping warehouse, has been with me for 9 years?  An extra big thank you to these women for standing by my side, it has, at times, been a very rough road, but your loyalty, love, hard work, and commitment to me and to Halftee is priceless! 

Thank you to my family! My husband, Tyler, is always my first stop for extra advice, money ;), and support. He has always blessed me with the unwavering support to follow my gut and do what I felt I needed to do, to do my best and grow as a woman, wife, and mother. My children are part of photoshoots, TikTok Tuesdays, and sacrifice a lot so that their mom can work and continue to build a company, serving women everywhere. Family is the most important blessing God has blessed us with and He gave me a tremendous one!!!! 

And last but certainly not least, is my Father in Heaven. All that I am is because I know that I have a loving Heavenly Father, who has blessed me with all the strength and support to carry me through in reaching my goals and overcoming obstacles. Something I recently learned is that we can only control a few things–making our goals, our attitudes, and working hard– but God is in control of the “how” and the “when.” I have had to learn and am still learning to trust in God’s “how” and in His timing. Everything always works out, especially when we look to God to help with the details. 

Happy Thanksgiving to you beautiful women. May God bless you in all ways and may we all have the eyes to recognize His hands in our lives. Gratitude will always be the antidote to many of our struggles, so I pray that you and I will fill our hearts with gratitude this Thanksgiving, for the people in our lives who make all the difference, and the God who makes up all the difference.
